Ofcom and PSA (previously known as PhonepayPlus) registered
Callagenix is an Ofcom-registered carrier with its own range of UK local and non-geographic number blocks.
Our agreements with international carriers allow us to provide local and free phone numbers in more than 145 countries. We are also a registered premium-rate network provider with the regulator PSA (Phone-paid Services Authority).

We are regulated to ensure that our services have an “uptime” of more than 99.999%.
All our systems are located in secure data environments which are manned and monitored 24/7. In addition, sophisticated processes monitor and trigger alerts should any issues arise, or threaten to do so. A team of Callagenix engineers oversees this process and is on call 24 hours a day.

Call quality and reliability starts with the choice of carrier and circuit provision. To ensure continuity and consistent voice quality, we use multiple T1 carrier circuits from BT, MCI Verizon, Cable & Wireless and Energis. We also have a number of IP direct connects for a range of inbound and outbound services.
Reliability and quality are our primary considerations when choosing carrier partners and our range of directly connected circuits with multiple T1 providers allows us to re-route calls in disaster or business continuity situations or if one provider has an issue.
In short, Callagenix works to the highest standards with top-quality hardware to ensure our clients get the best service. We could save cost by basing our systems on cheaper platforms. But we will not take risks with your business phone system by compromising it with an inferior infrastructure.
